About Taper Beeswax Candles

These are state-of-the-art beeswax taper candles. We use ancient technique to hand-dip each candle. It means no moulds, no form were used. Just beeswax, cotton wick and bare hands. It’s time consuming, but worth every bit of it.
As a result, we got unique candle where not two of them are the same.
Approx dimension are 20cm hight x 2cm wide. But they will fit each candle holder. Just “stick” candle to your candle holder by dripping a few drops of melted beeswax on your cardholder cup or simply sharpen the base of candle to fit the candholder’s eye.
Burn time: approx 4hrs per candle

Why beeswax candles?

– They are safe for human and environment. Beeswax is naturally occurring product made by bees. Paraffin (used in majority of non-beeswax candles) is made of petrol! Soy wax goes through chemical process of extraction from soy oil, its bleached, hydrogenated and perfumed. And more evidence points to its carcinogenic effect! Only beeswax is natural and works for centuries as healer.
– Beeswax candles burn longer and create nice, warm light and emit honey scent. Beeswax candles are known to give bright light, similar to the one sun creates.
– Commercial candles (made of paraffine) emit toxic fumes similar to petrol ones. Beeswax candles provide negative ions that have exactly the opposite effect: they purify the air and refresh your entire body.

Our Beeswax

Our beeswax is triple filtered to obtain very clean and pure beeswax. We do not add any chemicals to beeswax. We guarantee that product you use is made of 100% natural beeswax made by bees. Our apiary is ethically run and we do not use any chemicals in or around hives. Our beeswax is not bleached either. It means each batch of beeswax will vary in colour and smell. Colour will vary from light yellow to intense yellow to orange to different shades of brown. It all depends on which part of the hive beeswax comes from and what was the plant bees collected nectar and make beeswax of it.

Beeswax candles are unscented. However there is naturally occurring scent in beeswax that some people compare to honey, some to flowers some other to something else.
