Returns policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within:14 days of delivery
Post items back to me within:30 days of delivery. Please make sure you use a trackable and fully insured service. We cannot accept undelivered or damaged returns.

All our products are hand made. We do not shelve any candles or honey products. Therefore all our candles and honey is made to order. For that reason we don’t accept cancellations in most cases. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we’ll try to find a way forward.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food (honey))
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How can I return a Product?

Please let us know within 14 days of receiving non-personalised and non-food items that you will be returning the items. Post back what you want to return and upon receiving those item in good condition we’ll process the refund. Please note you are responsible for the goods you want to return until they reach us in good state. It’s advisable to send them by recorded delivery in case a parcel goes missing or is misplaced by a courier. We’ll not be able to process refund if the items do not reach us or they arrive back incomplete or damaged.

Returns are not covered by us. You will need your own return label.
